I was skeptical about a rack attachment adding much to my setup, but the multi-grip positions really do open up new angles for my back days. It locks into the posts without any wobble, and the knurling is grippy even when my hands are sweaty mid-workout.

The grip variety is exactly what I needed—the neutral handles feel way more natural on my shoulders than a straight bar. Mounting was straightforward on my 4000 series rack and it’s rock solid even when I’m swinging a bit on the final reps.

Bolted it onto my REP 5000 rack in about ten minutes and the thing hasn't budged since. The different grip widths let me hit both close and wide pull-ups without switching bars, which has made my back days a lot more efficient.
