Los rodillos de espuma de REP Fitness están diseñados para trabajo de movilidad y recuperación. Elige entre dos tamaños.
I was a bit worried the 36" roller would be too bulky to store, but it's actually perfect for full-back work and slides under the couch easily. The firmness hits that sweet spot between painful and useless, and it's held up well through daily use.
The 18" foam roller is firm enough for deep glute work but has enough give that I don't bruise like with cheaper ones. I've used it every night this week for my lower back and it's held up perfectly.
Woke up with a knot in my shoulder blade that usually sticks around for days, and ten minutes rolling on the 18" one got it to release. The firmness is just right—not too squishy, not like a brick. Solid buy for anyone who actually uses these.
