Gewichtsscheiben-Upgrade: Selectorized Latzug & Low Row (4000/5000 Serie)

Finally got my lat pulldown and low row in one spot instead of wrestling with a bench attachment, and the selectorized pin feels buttery smooth as it clicks through the plates. Setup was straightforward on my 4000 series rack and the whole thing feels rock solid even at heavy weight.

Took me an afternoon to bolt on, but once it was mounted, the low row station feels rock-solid—no wobble even at heavy stacks. Love that I can switch from pulldowns to rows without leaving my rack.

The pin selector moves so smoothly between weights that I actually look forward to switching plates now, and the low row attachment feels rock solid against the rack frame. Took about an hour to bolt everything on, but the cable path is clean with zero binding through the full range of motion.
