Offene Trap-Bar-Griffe

The four grip widths give me way more flexibility for my deadlifts and shrugs, and they lock in solid without any wobble. I sized up for wider hands and it feels like a completely different bar now.

Swapped to the narrow handles for close-grip rows and my elbows finally stopped aching. Only wish the knurling was a bit more aggressive when my hands get sweaty. Still, they lock in tight and don't rattle.

Swapped these onto my open trap bar and the width options make a real difference for finding a comfortable stance. They lock in tight with no wobble during heavy pulls, though I wish the finish matched the bar's coating a bit better. Solid upgrade for the money.
