Intenza 550 e2+ Recumbent Bike

I've been using this recumbent bike for about three weeks and my lower back doesn't ache after 30-minute sessions like it did on my old upright. The step-through frame makes getting on and off really easy, which matters since I have bad knees.

The seat’s lumbar support lets me pedal for 45 minutes without that nagging lower-back ache I got on my old upright bike. Setup in my garage took maybe 20 minutes, and the stride feels smooth and quiet enough that I can watch TV without cranking the volume.

The low-impact motion is perfect for days when I want cardio without punishing my joints, and the seat stays comfortable even past the 30-minute mark. Setup was straightforward and the display is easy to read mid-workout. Definitely getting my money's worth.
