Selectoriseret Lat Pulldown & Low Row (4000/5000 Serie)

The selectorized stack makes switching between pulldowns and rows take about ten seconds, which is huge when I'm supersetting in my garage. The low row footplate is also sturdier than I expected for the price. My back workouts finally feel complete without needing a commercial gym.
