Upgrade závažového stohu: Selektivní lat pulldown a nízký veslovací trenažér (řady 4000/5000)

The pin drops into the stack with a satisfying click, and the selectorized mechanism feels rock-solid even under heavy loads. Setup took me about an hour on my 4000 series rack, but now I’ve got a full lat pulldown and low row station without sacrificing floor space.

Finally got my lat pulldown and low row in one spot instead of wrestling with a bench attachment, and the selectorized pin feels buttery smooth as it clicks through the plates. Setup was straightforward on my 4000 series rack and the whole thing feels rock solid even at heavy weight.

Took me an afternoon to bolt on, but once it was mounted, the low row station feels rock-solid—no wobble even at heavy stacks. Love that I can switch from pulldowns to rows without leaving my rack.
