I grabbed the pair in the heavier weight option and the weight changes happen fast enough that I barely lose my rhythm between sets. The handle feels solid in my grip even when my hands get sweaty, and they sit neatly on the rack without taking over the room.

Switching between weights mid-workout is so quick I actually superset now instead of resting between sets. The locking mechanism feels solid and the pair together takes up way less floor space than my old fixed set.

The weight plates click in and out with satisfying certainty, so swapping between 25 and 50 pounds takes me maybe three seconds now. I've been using them three times a week for a month and the locking mechanism hasn't loosened a bit, even with some aggressive curls.
