The pulley motion is so smooth at both stations that I actually look forward to leg day just to use the low row attachment. It bolts onto my rack solidly, no wobble even at heavy weight, and the plate loading makes loading up feel faster than fiddling with pin stacks.

Switching between pulldowns and rows takes about ten seconds with the pull-pin design, and the low-row footplate keeps my heels planted even on heavy sets. It's bolted right to my rack's uprights, so there's zero wobble mid-rep. Exactly what I needed to ditch the gym for good.
