FB-3000 Flat Bench

The welds and frame feel rock solid under heavy pressing, no wobble at all. It’s exactly what I needed for my home setup, simple and does the job without any fuss.

Took me forever to finally commit to a flat bench, but this one feels rock-solid under a loaded bar and the no-frills design is exactly what my garage setup needed. The frame doesn't wobble even an inch during heavy presses, which is all I really ask for.

The pad is surprisingly firm with zero wobble during heavy pressing, exactly what I wanted for a no-frills bench. It's a simple setup that takes up minimal space in my garage and gets the job done every session.
