The holes line up perfectly with my rack’s uprights, so the pegs slide in snug without any wobble once the band’s under tension. I’ve been using them for assisted pull-ups every session and they’ve held rock solid so far.

Finally got these set up on my rack and they hold the bands rock solid during pull-ups – no wobble or shifting mid-set. The pins feel thick and well-seated in the holes, so I don't worry about them popping out under load.

The welds are clean and the pins slide into the rack holes without any wobble, which is exactly what you want when you're loading up heavy bands. I've been using them for banded presses every session this week and they haven't budged an inch.
