Bolted this to the ceiling joists in my garage and it hasn't budged through months of kipping pull-ups. The powder coat gives a solid grip even with sweaty hands. Rock solid piece of kit for the price.

The wall mount option sold me since my garage ceiling is already finished, and it's rock solid with zero wobble even during kipping. Installation took a bit of planning to hit the studs, but once it was up I was doing pull-ups the same afternoon.

Mounted mine to the ceiling joists instead of the wall since my garage has more clearance that way. Rock solid, zero wobble even on kipping pull-ups, and the powder coat gives a good grip without shredding my hands.
