The 30mm shaft feels much better in my hands than the thinner bar I had before, especially on the last few reps of curls. Been using it for a couple weeks now and the sleeves spin fine with no wobble.

The knurling on this bar is aggressive enough that my grip doesn’t slip mid-set, even with sweaty hands. I’ve had it for a few weeks and the chrome finish still looks flawless after daily use in my garage gym.

The 30mm grip is noticeably thicker than my old bar, which feels sturdier and more comfortable during curls. I went with the stainless steel and it's been flawless in my garage gym, no rust after weeks of heavy use.
