The 28.5mm diameter feels perfect in my hands for both squats and bench, way better than the thicker bar I was using before. Finish has held up fine after a couple months of daily use.
The 28.5mm shaft feels a bit thicker than your standard bar, which I actually like for grip comfort on deadlifts. Finish is holding up well after a couple months of heavy use in my garage.
The medium knurling is just right—grippy enough for deadlifts without tearing up my hands on pressing days. That 28.5mm diameter feels like a proper all-around bar, and it’s held up great through a few months of mixed training in my garage.
